How long does it take before content is posted?
Content creation takes about 3-7 days and once completed it will be sent to you for your approval via text and email.
Once approved, we can begin posting within 24-48 hours!

Do you have contracts?
No! We have a no contract, no commitment business model! We believe you should be able to enjoy the services without being locked in for months at a time!

Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes! We are a subscription based service and you are billed monthly on the day you sign up!

Should I still be posting?
Yes! We are not completely taking over your social media accounts and you know more about your business than we do! We recommend that you still post more in depth content, reels, videos highlighting what you do! Humanize your brand!

Why isn't anyone liking my posts / following me on Facebook?
Social media management is for building your brands voice and making sure you're posting consistently! If you're looking for engagement or to build your following on Facebook, paid advertisements is the way to go! Talk to us about running ads.

Hashtags are used on posts to help the likeliness of them showing up with certain keywords or phrase searches. For example, if you go and search #beauty on any platform, any piece of content with that hashtag will populate. We use trending and relevant hashtags for your area and industry to help your ideal audience find you easier!

Since the website offers non-tangible. irrevocable goods/services we do not provide refunds after the service has been purchased, Which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any services from our website or landing pages.
